MyPost Business: Printing Labels

Processing Try Orders with MyPost Business

Since your try-before-you-buy orders will have a "pending" payment status, if you are using MyPost Business to print labels, you will need to update your setting to show these orders. 

Step 1: Open Your MyPost Business app

  • Navigate to your MyPost Business Shopify app.

Step 2: Go to Import Settings

  • Select Preferences at the top navigation of the app.
  • Select Import Options.

Step 3: Allow Import Option

  • Turn on the option to allow "Import Orders with a Pending Payment Status".

  • Then, save.
  • Your Try orders will now display in your dashboard as normal.
