Processing Try Orders with MyPost Business
Since your try-before-you-buy orders will have a "pending" payment status, if you are using MyPost Business to print labels, you will need to update your setting to show these orders.
Step 1: Open Your MyPost Business app
- Navigate to your MyPost Business Shopify app.
Step 2: Go to Import Settings
- Select Preferences at the top navigation of the app.
- Select Import Options.
Step 3: Allow Import Option

Turn on the option to allow "Import Orders with a Pending Payment Status".
- Then, save.
- Your Try orders will now display in your dashboard as normal.
