Checklist for a Seamless Integration With Your Systems

 

A simple 3-point checklist to ensure all of your systems will seamlessly integrate when processing Try with Mirra orders. 

 

  1. Order Visibility in OMS:

    • Shopify users: Orders appear on your Shopify Orders page as usual.
    • Third-party OMS users: Adjust settings to ensure "Try" orders with "pending" payment status are visible. For specific setup, refer to our integration guides or contact support for assistance.
  2. Return Label Management:

    • Automated: Connect your eParcel account to auto-send return labels upon request. Instructions here.
    • Preprint Labels: To include printed return labels for Try orders, set up a rule in your shipping platform to auto-generate a return label for each order tagged with "Try with Mirra".
    • Manual: Generate and email return labels to customers when you receive a request
  3. Inventory Reconciliation for Returns:

    • Shopify Inventory: Process returns via the Try with Mirra app to restock items.
    • Third-party Inventory Systems: We integrate to sync stock updates automatically from the Try with Mirra app to your inventory system.
