Questions About Size and Fit

Can I try different sizes or styles in one order? Yes, you are encouraged to order multiple sizes or styles in one order. This way, you can try different fits right at home and keep only what works best for you. This makes finding your perfect fit easier without multiple transactions.

I'm not sure about what size to order, what should I do? If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering the sizes you think might work best. Our TBYB service is specifically designed to allow you to try products before making a final decision. You can also check our sizing guides and product descriptions for additional guidance.

Can I order multiple colours of the same item? Absolutely! Feel free to order multiple colours of the same item to see which one suits your style best. Keep what you love and return the rest using the simple steps provided in our Customer Portal.

What if an item I ordered doesn’t fit? If an item doesn’t fit, you can easily return it within the trial period. Use the prepaid return label provided to send back any items you don’t want to keep. Remember, you will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

How can I get advice on styling or sizes? Our customer service team is here to help! You can contact us for styling tips or sizing advice before placing your order. We want to make sure you feel confident and happy with your choices.


Questions about how the process works

How does the authorization process work? When you place an order using the TBYB service, we authorize your payment method for the total order amount at checkout. This authorization ensures the payment method is valid and reserves the funds until you decide which items you want to keep. This is not an actual charge, and no funds will be deducted from your account immediately. The amount will show as pending.

When will I be charged for my order? You will only be charged for the items you decide to keep after finalizing your order through the Customer Portal. Charges will be applied only for those items you choose to purchase, and the rest of the pre-authorized amount will be released.

What is the Restocking Fee? A [$10 restocking fee applies only if all items from the order are returned]. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the shipping, handling, and processing of returns.

Where is this service available? This service is currently available only in Australia. It applies exclusively to full-priced items, not including sale items.

How do I complete my order? To complete your TBYB order, please log in to the Try with Mirra Customer Portal. There, you can finalize which items you wish to keep and process returns if necessary. Instructions and links to the portal are provided via email and SMS after your order is placed.

Can I use any payment method? Currently, we only accept debit/credit cards and Shop Pay for TBYB orders. Buy Now, Pay Later services like Afterpay or ZipPay are not supported as we require the ability to authorize and adjust the final charge based on items kept.

What happens if I decide to keep all items? If you choose to keep all the items from your order, the full authorized amount will be charged to your payment method, and the transaction will be completed as a regular purchase.

What if I need more time to decide? If you need more time beyond the provided trial period to decide on your items, please contact our customer service. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure you have enough time to make your decision.

How are returns handled? If you decide to return one or more items, you can do so using the prepaid return label provided. Details and instructions for processing returns are available in the Customer Portal. All returns must be initiated within the trial period to avoid charges for the items.
