      Importing Orders into Cin7 Core (previously DEAR Systems)

      Connect your Shopify store to Cin7 to ensure all orders are automatically captured as 'Created' in Cin7, enabling timely processing and updates. This setting helps maintain a smooth workflow and ensures no order is missed due to notification delays.

      • Step 1: Integrate Shopify with Cin7

        • Log into your Cin7 account.
        • Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shopify.

      • Step 2: Configure Order Settings

        • Within the Shopify integration settings, locate the Order Processing section.
        • Set the order capture to "Created" to ensure all new orders are immediately captured as soon as they are created in Shopify.

      • Step 3: Confirm and Apply Changes

        • Verify the settings to ensure they are correct.
        • Save your changes to finalise the configuration.
