Step 1: Verify Store Connection
- Log Into Your Account: Access your Ready to Ship dashboard.
- Ensure Shopify Connection: Make sure your Shopify store is connected within the 'Settings' > 'Stores' section. This is crucial for accessing and importing order data.
Step 2: Configure Order Import Settings
- Access Import Settings: Navigate to the Shopify store settings in Ready to Ship to adjust how orders are imported.
- Authorize Imports: Set "Allow orders marked as Authorized to be imported" to "Yes" to ensure that all authorized but not yet paid orders are ready for processing in Ready to Ship.
Step 3: Confirm and Test Settings
- Save Changes: After making the necessary settings adjustments, save all changes to ensure they take effect.
- Test the Integration: Place a test order using the Try with Mirra service to verify that the order is correctly imported as "Authorized" and check that it processes correctly through to shipping.
