Integrating with Royal Mail Click & Drop

Integrate Royal Mail Click & Drop with Try with Mirra to automatically manage outbound shipping and return labels

Once connected, your Try Before You Buy (TBYB) orders will sync with Click & Drop, and returns can generate a Royal Mail tracked return label for your customers.

Return labels will be instantly sent to your customers, and will include a QR code that can be scanner and printed at the Post Office.

Step 1: Get Your API Key

To connect your Click & Drop account:

  1. Go to your Royal Mail Click & Drop dashboard.

  2. Click on Settings (top right corner).

  3. Select Integrations.

  4. If the Click & Drop API is not already listed, click Add a new Integration and choose Click & Drop API.

  5. Once added, select and your API Key will be visible..

 


 

Step 2: Add Your API Key in the Try with Mirra App

  1. Open the Try with Mirra app in Shopify.

  2. Go to Integrations > Scroll down to Royal Mail.

  3. Paste your API Key into the field provided.

  4. Click Save Integration.

 


 

Step 3: Enable Tracked Returns in Click & Drop

To allow return labels to generate automatically:

    1. In Click & Drop, go to Settings > Shipping Services.

    2. Select the shipping services you currently use and each one will expand.

    3. Use the Tracked Returns shipping service dropdown and select TSS – Tracked Returns 48 and Click Update.



What If You Can’t See the Tracked Returns Option?

If the TSS – Tracked Returns service is not visible in your account, contact Royal Mail Click & Drop support to have it enabled.


That’s It!

Once complete, your TBYB orders will be synced to Click & Drop, and any return label requests will use your Royal Mail account with the correct tracked return settings.
