Setting Up Go Sweet Spot for Try with Mirra Orders
Configuring Go Sweet Spot to import orders from Shopify that are marked as "Authorized", ensuring smooth and efficient handling of Try with Mirra transactions.
Step 1: Access Integration Settings
- Log Into Go Sweet Spot: Start by logging into your Go Sweet Spot account.
- Navigate to Integrations: Go to the 'Integrations' tab and select 'Shopify' from the list of platforms.
Step 2: Configure Shopify Integration
- Adjust Financial Status Settings: Within the Shopify integration settings, locate the 'Order Financial Statuses' section.
- Select 'Authorized' Orders: Ensure that 'Authorized' is selected. This setting allows Go Sweet Spot to import orders where the customer’s payment has been authorized but not yet captured. This is crucial for processing Try with Mirra orders, where charges are finalized only after the customer decides which items to keep.
Confirmation and Testing
- Save Changes: Make sure to save your settings to apply the new configuration.
- Test the Integration: Conduct a test by creating a Try with Mirra order in Shopify and verify that it imports correctly into Go Sweet Spot as 'Authorized'. Check to ensure the order can be processed smoothly through to shipping.
